El Encanto is committed to delivering the best Sonoran Mexican Food, in the most
enchanting restaurants with exceptional service delivered by our incredible El Encanto
family. We have also taken extraordinary measures to ensure that we are providing the safest
possible environment so that you can enjoy El Encanto worry-free. We ask that you assist
in helping to make our restaurant a safe place for our staff and fellow guests.

Your Commitment as a Guest

We are committed to meeting or exceeding all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene with new procedures and training

We are monitoring our employees for any symptoms of illness by doing daily check-ins prior to work

We have added no-touch hand sinks to every dining room for the use of our guests and employees. Our team members will wash their hands for 20 seconds between each and every guest contact.

Enhanced cleaning of our establishments every night and disinfecting after each guest

All linens and utensils are being managed with increased sanitation
Table are set at least 6 feet apart and we have created socially distant seating and waiting options

Please refrain from dining with us if you have a fever or any communicable illness or are under quarantine.

Please help us follow the appropriate social distancing by trying to stay 6 ft from staff and other guests

Please feel free to ask for any additional information or clarification on our policies. Our staff will be able to answer any questions.

Our new Reservation and Wait List Policies:

Because we are not allowed to have groups congregate, we will not have space at the restaurant for
waiting. In order to serve you better and make you more comfortable, we will continue to take limited
reservations and we will be adding call ahead seating as well, so that you may

from the comfort of your home or vehicle.

If hanging out in the bar is your desire, please request seating in the bar and as with all special
requests we will do our best to accommodate you.

Also, because we have had to limit our tables in order to maintain a safe distance, we are asking that
you limit your dining experience to 1 hr 30 minutes. As always, we will be reasonable in enforcing this
policy, but we ask for your assistance in helping make the restaurant available to everyone.
